Construction of Arrez 1, 2, 3 and 4 hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Fama shpk and Ed Konstruksion shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Arrez 1, Arrez 2, Arrez 3 and Arrez 4 in the stream of Arrez. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
