Construction of Arsti hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Energy and Industry and the company HEC Arsti shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Arsti hydropower plant in the Arsti stream in the municipality of Fushë Arrëz. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
