The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the company Alba Konstruksion shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Backa 1, Backa 2, Backa A, Backa B and Backa C on the Staravecka River, Skrapar district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
