Construction of Ballenja hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Ballenja Kompani shpk and Ndërtuesi shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Ballenjë hydropower plant in the catchment area of the Ballenjë reservoir, Bulqiza district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
