Construction of Batra 1, 2, 3 hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Energy and Industry and the companies Electral shpk and Albavia shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of Batra 1, 2 and 3 hydropower plants in the Zall i Batra stream basin, Mat municipality. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
