Construction of Begaj hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Energy and Industry and the companies Agna sha, Tirana International Development shpk and Alpower shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Begaj hydropower plant on the Gashi River, Tropoja district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
