Construction of Blac hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Energy and Industry and the company Blaç Energy shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants in the stream of Kumbulla and Blac, in the river Uraka, municipality of Mirdita. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
