Construction of Bushtrica hydropower plant 1

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Energy and Industry and the concession company Elenergji shpk, created by the company Doko shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Bushtrica 1 hydropower plant in the Bushtrica river basin, in the municipality of Librazhd, Elbasan region. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
