Construction of Bushtrica hydropower plant 3

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy and the company Bushtrica Hydropower shpk, created by the merger of entities Enolio shpk, El - Bu 2009 shpk and Vega shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the hydropower plant Bushtrica 3 in the catchment area of the river Bushtrica, in the municipality of Librazhd, Elbasan region. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
