Construction of Cekreze 1 and Cekreze 2 hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Zall Herr Energji shpk and Super Beton Mati shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Çekrezë 1 and Çekrezë 2 on the river Tërkuzë, Tirana district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
