Construction of Cemerica 1, Cemerica 2 and Cemerica 3 hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the company Rej shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of Cemerica hydropower plants along the river Cemerica, Korca district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
