Construction of Grabova 2 hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Energy and Industry and the company H.K HEC Grabova 2 shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of Grabova 2 hydropower plant in the Grabova river basin, Elbasan region. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
