Construction of Gur Shpat 1 & 2 hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Arjana - C shpk, Ital Pro KHTS sh.a and Spahiu Gjanç shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants in Gur Shpati stream, Librazhd district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
