The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the company Jora shpk.The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Guri i Kuq 1/1 and Guri i Kuq ½ in the Gostovisht and Kollovesh watershed. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
