Construction of Kacinar hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Energy and Industry and the company Shpërdhaza Energji shpk, which is a merger of the companies I-AS shpk and Mirdita Konstruksion shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Kaçinar hydropower plant in the catchment area of the river Shpërdhaza, tributary of the river Fani i Madh, Mirditë. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
