Construction of Koxheraj hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Vili 2007 shpk and Kthella shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Koxheraj hydropower plant in the stream of Thekna, Mat district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority. The contract is in the form of BOT (construction, operation and transfer of ownership and operation at the end of the concession contract to the Contracting Authority). The concessionaire company is not allowed to carry out any other activity except the construction of hydropower plants, ie only those activities for which this contract has been signed.
