Construction of Kozel, Helmes 1 and Helmes 2 hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Kote - Ko and La Vita shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Kozel, Helmes 1 and Helmes 2 in the stream of Shtika, Kozeli and Sagje, Kolonjë district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
