Construction of Kryezi 3, 4, 5 hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Xhast shpk and Oberaldi shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Kryezi 3, 4, 5 in the catchment area of the Roshi stream. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
