Construction of Kryezi and Kryezi i Epërm hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Oberaldi shpk and Alba Konstruksion shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Kryezi and Kryezi i Epërm hydropower plants in Përroin e Madh, Puka district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.

In the Founding Act, the partners are: Oberald shpk (99% of the shares) and Alba Konstruksion shpk (1% of the shares).
