Construction of Kukur 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Abaco Energia Pulita srl and Elettroimpianti Tecnoluce srl.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants in Kukur village, Kukur commune, Gramsh district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.

In the Founding Act, there are 2 partners: Elettroimpianti and Abaco Energia Pulita with 50% of the shares each.
