Construction of Labinot Fushe hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Emir Star shpk and Senka shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Labinot Fushë hydropower plant in the Gurra stream, Elbasan district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
