Construction of Lashkiza hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Spartaku shpk and ERPA Investment shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants no. 1, 2 and 3 in the catchment area of the Lashkiza, Vila and Shehu streams, Peshkopi, Dibër district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
