Construction of Lefter 1, Lefter 2A, Lefter 2B and Lefter 3 hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies AS Color shpk and Ndrekaj shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of Lefter 1, Leftër 2A, Lefter 2B and Lefter 3 hydropower plants in the course of the Radat stream, Leskovik city. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
