Construction of Lena 1, Lena 2 and Lena 2A hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Merga shpk, Shansi Invest shpk and Lala shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Lena 1, Lena 2 and Lena 2A in the streams Lajthiza and Mullias, Bulqiza district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
