Construction of Lingjaca hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the company Eko Beton shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Lingjancë hydropower plant on the Lingjancë river, Elbasan district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
