Construction of Lumzi hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies MC Inerte shpk, Rafaelo shpk and Ani shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of Lumzi hydropower plants in the Roshi stream, Puka district. The hydropower plants are Lisnak, Kimza, Tuçi and Lumzi. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
