Construction of Lusa 1 hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Energy and Industry and the company Idrolusa shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants HEC Lusa 1 and HEC Lusa 2 in the Lusa watershed, in the municipality of Klos. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
