Construction of Nishan hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies F & L shpk and 2 FAF shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Nishan hydropower plant on the Voskopoja River, Korça district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
