Construction of Nishova 1 and Nishova 2 hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Nishova shpk and Armandi shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Nishova 1 and Nishova 2 in the stream of Nishova, Përmet district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.

Fidalco - 50% of the shares.
Geo Energy- 50% of the shares.
In the Founding Act of the company, its partners are Nishova shpk (57% of the shares) and Armandi shpk (43% of the shares).
