Construction of Perrollaj hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Denis 05 shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Perrollaj hydropower plant in the watershed of the Bexhmilla brook, Golak commune, Kukës district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.

It was established on 24.09.2013. Its capital is 46'115'043 ALL.
