Construction of Picar hydropower plant 1

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Perivoli shpk and Elkri shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Picar 1 hydropower plant in the Kardhiq River basin, Drinos, Gjirokastra district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
