Construction of Potam hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the company Wonder sha.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of Potam hydropower plants on the Potam River, Saranda district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
