Construction of Quku 1 and Quku 2 hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Electral shpk and Albavia shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of Quku 1 and Quku 2 hydropower plants in Quku stream, Librazhd district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
