Construction of Runja hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Runja shpk, Shijaku shpk, Chromium Enrichment Factory shpk and Alb - Kons shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Runja hydropower plant in the Murra stream, Dibër district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
