Construction of Seka hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Hydro - Project shpk and Gener 2 shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Sekë hydropower plant on the Uraka River, Mat district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
