Construction of Selca 2 and Mesmal hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Energy and Industry and the company Energjia Valamara shpk, which is a temporary merger of the entities Osmani shpk and Fani Smo shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Selca 2 and Mesmal in the catchment area of the Mesmal stream and the water flow segment of the river Selca, Maliq municipality. The Mesmal 1, 2 and 3 and Selca 2 hydropower plants will be built. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
