Construction of Shemri and Mgulle hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Oberaldi shpk and Lala shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Shemri and Mgulle hydropower plants on the Leproit River, Kukës district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.

Oberald - 74% stake.
In the Founding Act, the partners are: Oberald shpk (74% of the shares) and Lala shpk (26% of the shares).
