Construction of Shengjon hydropower plant, Fan commune, Mirdita district

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Kthella shpk and Edi Energji shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the hydropower plant in the stream of Kenella, Fan commune, Mirdita district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
