Construction of Shengjun hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies V&A Energji Klos shpk and Agri Construksion shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the hydropower plant in the Bejni stream. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
