Construction of Shpella Poshte 2 and Shpella Poshte 3 hydropower plants

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the company Thoreneks shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the hydropower plant in the catchment area of the Zall stream (Cave), Pogradec district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
