Construction of Shutina hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies A & S-040 Albania shpk and Karl Gega Konstruksion shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Shutina hydropower plant in the Shutina stream, Puka district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
