Construction of Shutri hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Pashkashesh shpk, Aurora Konstruksion shpk and Arilta B shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the hydropower plant in the Shutria reservoir and the Shutrenja stream, Mat district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
