Construction of Spathara hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Lucente shpk and Loshi BL shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Spathara hydropower plant on the springs of Spathara, Librazhd district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
