Construction of Topcias hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Dieta shpk and Rati shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the Topcias hydropower plant in the existing irrigation canal Hajdaraj - Topcias, Naun Panxhi, Elbasan district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
