Construction of Truen hydropower plant

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies 2A Power shpk, Shpresa Al shpk and I.R.Z shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the hydropower plant in the stream of Truen, Puka district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
