The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies UFO shpk and Geri 01 shpk.The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Vokopola 1, Vokopola 2 and Vokopola 3 on the river Vokopola, Skrapar district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
