The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the company Arifaj shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Page 1, Page 2, Page A and Page B in the stream of Goska e Madhe, Puka district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
