Construction of hydropower plants Bence and Tepelena

The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Ferar shpk and Alfa Projekt 2006 shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Bënçë and Tepelena on the river Bënçë, Tepelena district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
