The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Fatjon shpk, Spahiu Gjanc shpk, Ani shpk, Keanxho shpk, Fusha shpk, Avel shpk, IRZ shpk, Construction Management Alliance Albania shpk and 2A Power shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Çaje, Reka, Livadhë, Shkinak, Lapaj 2, Bushtrica 2 and Bushtrica 3 on the river Çajes, Kukës district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
