The concession contract was concluded between the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the companies Sigers shpk and Sina - 98 shpk.
The object of the contract is: financing, design, construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of hydropower plants Germani in the stream Zalli i Germanit, Mat district. At the end of the concession period, the facilities will be transferred to the Contracting Authority.
